What this site is

Los Feliz Plumber is a free matching service for Los Feliz homeowners looking for a plumber. We are not a licensed plumbing contractor. When you submit a request, we pass your information to an independent, licensed local plumbing business so they can contact you directly about the work.

No warranty on plumbing work

Any plumbing work is performed entirely by the independent contractor you're matched with, not by Los Feliz Plumber. We vet contractors for licensing and insurance before listing them, but we don't supervise, warranty, or take responsibility for the quality, pricing, or outcome of their work. Disputes about a job should be resolved directly with the contractor who performed it.

Calls & text messages

By submitting a request through this site or calling the number listed on it, you consent to receive a phone call and/or text message from Los Feliz Plumber and/or the plumbing contractor you're matched with, regarding your request. Message and data rates may apply. Calls to our listed number may be recorded or logged for quality and tracking purposes. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or email hello@losfelizplumber.com to be removed from future contact.

For contractor partners

Leads and calls provided to a contractor partner are offered in good faith based on information submitted by the homeowner; we don't guarantee lead volume, lead quality, or that any lead results in a booked job. Partnership terms (pricing, exclusivity, trial periods) are agreed separately and directly with each contractor, not established by these Terms.

No cost to homeowners

There is never a fee to submit a request or to be matched with a plumber through this site. Contractor partners pay us, not you.

Limitation of liability

Los Feliz Plumber is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, your interactions with a matched contractor, or the plumbing work performed. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
